It’s exciting news for both of our companies, but even more exciting is that after the merger is completed, we believe we will be able to offer our advertiser and publisher clients one of the largest independent online advertising marketplaces delivering brand safe inventory at scale.  We look forward to sharing more about what the future holds soon!
